By Train
Orange line to Forest Hills. Then either call and someone will meet you (it's a few minutes walk) - or, go out to South St, turn right, make an immediate left on Arborway, 1st right on Hampstead, 4th house on the left - #24, top floor.

Driving:

If coming from Boston/Cambridge:
Storrow Drive to the Fenway/Kenmore exit
Bear right onto Boylston St outbound
Through 2 lights to large traffic circle
Bear right, then straight onto Rte 1 South - Riverway
Stay on Rte 1 South - a winding road - which becomes Jamaicaway
Go past Jamaica Pond on your right to traffic circle
Continue straight (still Rte 1) to another large traffic circle, then follow the directions as below (*)

If coming from west of Boston:
Mass Pike West to 128 South
Exit Rte 9 Eastbound (Boston)
Exit Hammond Pond Pkwy (right off ramp)
Follow 1/4 mile to traffic circle, go 1/2 way around onto Newton St. (golf course is on left)
Follow 1/8 mile to stop sign, bear left at this fork - you are still on Newton St.
Follow Newton St. anoter 1/8 mile to stop sign (or light if installed yet) - turn left (this is still Newton St.)
Follow another 1/8 mile to stop light - stay in right lane
Straight through light, 200 yards and bear right at fork
Newton St. becomes Pond St. - follow Pond St. (winding road 'thickly settled') about 1/4 mile to light and then bear left (still Pond St.)
Follow about 300 yards to light
Turn right only Rte 1, the Jamaicaway
Follow 300 yards to large traffic circle
*Go 3/4 around circle to light towards Center St.
Take immediate right from Center St. onto Arborway local
Follow over top of hill, next left is Hampstead Rd.

24 Hampstead is the fourth house on the left - dark purple with a rusty red door
Ring top buzzer, or knock on window on right if you don't hear the doorbell ring
Studio is on third (top) floor
